Mini desert of Curacao: After pickup from your accommodation and a safety briefing, your adventure starts off at the wide-open desert planes where our guide will tell you about the volcanic and coral geological origins of the island with three distinct terraces running for miles along the north coastline of Curacao;
Turtle Spotting at Boka Ascension: We will then take you to Boka Ascension an inlay where from the shores you can see large sea turtles swimming in the bay to grass on the Saragassum sea weed.
Lunch: After Boka Ascension we will stop at a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the local Curacao dishes (lunch not included);
Playa Piskado: After lunch we head out for Playa Piskado where the turtles are attracted near the shore by the fishermen cleaning fish. Swim and snorkel alongside the turtles (but do not touch!);
South-West coast: After Playa Piskado we will leave the North-West coast and cross over to the South-West coast of Curacao where you will notice how the scenery changes completely from a dry arid climate to a green hilly coast where you will find nearly all of Curacao's natural white beaches with their turquoise blue waters or as locally called playas;
Snorkeling: At one of these playas we will go snorkeling allowing you to discover and enjoy the underwater world of Curacao. Or just relax on the beach...

CAUTIONS
Please note that we do not recommend this tour for guests with joint or back problems, pregnant women, or small children. We advise a minimum age of 6 years;
All valuables such as credit cards, passports and expensive cameras should be left in the safe in the room as we will be leaving the open vehicle unattended when we visit the often desolate and remote sites. Guests should bring some cash for lunch and drinks;
Turtles are wild animals and therefore are not under our control. Even though there is high chance to see turtles on this tour we cannot guarantee their availability;
Guests need to keep a safe distance of at least 3 meters from the turtles, are not allowed to touch the turtles and should respect the animals and their surroundings.
